Resting it Does a Body Good

Yes, your trainers want you to aim for at least 30 - 60 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Yes, there are days you will not feel like exercising. Yes, there will be days when you truly are too tired to exercise. Make sure you know the difference between not feeling like working out and really being too tired. If you truly are exhausted, you are better off getting some shut eye. When you are sleep deprived, your body craves carb-rich foods and studies have shown people eat more when they are tired. If your body really is telling you, "I am tired", then get some sleep! Just make sure it is not your mind telling you, "I am tired".
