Last Week
One more week to go! Every calorie in and every calorie expended counts!!!! Once again, make today the day you set your weekly goals. As mentioned in yesterdays blog, make it your goal to be active everyday. Just keep in mind, it ispossible to do too much. When doing cardio, you should aim for a minimum of 30 minutes but no more than 2 hours. After 2 hours of cardio, your body will begin to release cortisol, which is a stress related hormone. Cortisol inhibits weight loss. It is a nasty hormone that causes your body to store fat and retain water as a self defense machanism. So go through this last week RELAXED, knowing you are giving it your absolute best.

Too much cardio...that's gotta be my problem. :)
