Do not lose sight of your goals. Constant reminders of your goals will assure you reach them. At the beginning of the competition, you set goals! You set a weight loss goal, but also set workout and nutrition goals. I know many of you have reached your goals and several of you are real close. Take time to reflect on the goals you set at the beginning of the competition. Remind yourself today, you are not going to quit until you reach those goals.
Inspire us all! Share your accomplishments with the group!
Thank you Tracy for posting one yesterday! Way to go girl! You are looking great!

Although I am not as my weight loss goal, I certainly reached my exercise goals. I have NEVER exercised this hard and this consistently in my life. I know that this is a change that will continue beyond this competition. I have never been athletic and the fact that I can do 2 classes in 1 day suprises me...there was a time I couldn't even get through 1!!
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to share my favorite healthy snack b/c it's super filling and delicious with minimal calories or WW points.
1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped strawberries/blueberries or any berry you choose.
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal
1 container Greek yougurt
Mix it all together and enjoy. The Greek yogurt has 16g of protein in 1 serving and 120 calories. It's filling and really tasty.
Enjoy!
I love yogurty things like that! I'll have to try it.
ReplyDeleteI'm 5 lbs away from my 8 week goal weight!
Unfortunately, my cold/asthma has only gotten worse since Saturday. I haven't worked out in 2 days. I hate this. My abs are aching though... is coughing a legitimate ab workout?
