HOORAY for the weekend!!

The end of 7 long weeks is here, that means 1 just 1 week left!! Therefore I have a challenge to propose to you all. For this last week try to make it to the gym everyday! Even if it's only for 35 or 40 mins, if you haven't been coming everyday previously then this could possibly benefit you. If you decide to do this don't do the same thing everyday. Have your training session, take a class, do some cardio, do a weight training workout. Mix it up the best you can and the results are sure to follow!!

In response to Jacki saying how I did in cardio flex, I feel I didn't do that well it was rather difficult. I am looking forward to putting my spin on it, I promise it won't be a cake walk. Having said that, try your best to stay away from cake.
