Its Sunday!!!

That means its the last day of week 6. That means only 2 weeks left to make it happen. If you haven't done as well as you had hoped, don't give up just yet!! You have 14 full days to make new strides. Something that may help, is to make yourself a new 2 week goal, this will help motivate and push you to the finish line. You all have done fantastic so far, so why not keep going.

Don't be afraid of weight training!! Just because you aren't with your trainer 24/7 doesn't mean you shouldn't be hitting the weights.

Simple rule of thumb for weight training

For whatever amount of reps you choose make sure that at least the last 4 you are really working as hard as you can without sacrificing form. If you are shooting for 12 reps and are able to do 20 then you need to use more weight and concentrate on squeezing the muscle you are trying to work.
