YOU CAN SURVIVE THE ICE STORM!!!
Yes I know that bad weather changes our moods, but this is the time to really test yourself and avoid a pitfall. If you are stuck at home today, not only can you workout at home but you can do other things to occupy your time. If you're the type that tends to eat when your bored (I know I am), find things to do around the house besides sitting on the couch in front of the TV. I know the Price is Right is a great show and all but get up and moving. You can clean or go through your dressers and pull out things to don't wear to donate or just anything to keep those cravings at bay. Remeber just because you are at home, don't think you can't have a productive day and burn some calories.

I am jumping out of my skin sitting and waiting to be called for jury duty. BORING! I brought a healthy lunch and snacks but am really antsy. I can't wait to exercise out the frustrations of the day. I walked around in the cold on slippery sidewalks in a not so nice part of Baltimore because my dumb self got lost trying to find the courthouse. My blood was boiling by the time I arrived 30 minutes late. I was already pissed because this is my third time to serve in the past 18 months and because it wasn't cancelled even with the inclement weather. Sorry for rambling. I wonder what people would think if i stated doing plyometric jumps or squats. Ha!

ReplyDeleteI'm going crazy in my house. I went to the gym for a bit, and plan to go back later for Kristy's class, but other than that.... I'm watching reality tv. I NEVER watch tv. Boring!
Did everyone get off work today but me!!!
ReplyDeleteNo I didn't get off work today and it sucked. I am mentally drained. Too much thinking and worked late so I didn't make it to the gym. I am not happy about that. I will just have to double up tomorrow.
