Give it ALL YOU"VE GOT!!

Giving it all you got is both a state of mind and a set of actions. You have to get yourself in the mind set of trying to motivate yourself to spend your free time either planning workouts and nutrition ideas or implementing those ideas. Health and Fitness does not take a day off, nor should you!! I know its not easy because its something you aren't used to doing, but you could give it a try! If you do, I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. So from here on out let's go the extra mile and push 100 times harder then you've been pushing. If you allow yourself to miss a workout do you have a feeling of guilt? Why feel guilty? Just workout!!!
