Is it Worth It?



Did you know, to burn the calories in one small slice of cheese pizza you would need to walk for 85 minutes, run for 35 minutes, swim for 40 minutes, dance for 56 minutes, bike for 47 minutes, or do yoga for 112 minutes.

Before you slip off your diet ask yourself, is it worth it?

  1. that sucks, pizza is good. I sure as hell dont want to do an extra workout for that long to eat a piece right now. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

    I'm not going to be at this week's group training, but I'll bring in a bunch of Weight Watchers cook books the following week. There's lots of good recipes.

  3. Cardio Flex tonight anyone. I am going to give it a try...again. Last time it took a few days to be able to walk without pain (not to scare anyone). My coworker is eating crab soup right now at 9:45 a.m. I have to get out of this job!!
