Monday Jan 12th Let's Take it up and NOTCH!!!

Okay so it's Monday you had a great weekend of working out and watching football. Notice I put working out first!! The reason is because that's where it belongs FIRST. Keep this in mind as you continue to strive on this fitness journey. This is about more the an eight week contest, this is about learning and making a lifestyle change. So remember, your health and fitness comes first. This is the time to put "YOU" in the forefront.


Exercise tip: Always bring water with you to your workouts. Drinking water and staying hydrated during exercise is of the utmost importance. One major benefit of drinking plenty of water is that it helps deter cramping during exercise. So please always remember H2O is the way to go!!

  1. You are all working so hard! I am so impressed. Diets are looking good and I love seeing you all around the gym. Kudos to Rachel Lindamer for getting to the gym before 6:45 am on a day were she is working 2 jobs. Rachel Indek was finished her workout by 8 am and Tracy Gill took Cycling and Flex this morning for the first time. You are ALL awesome and I am sure I will see more of you this evening!

  2. Thanks for the great weekend workouts Jacki & Josh, I am in pain today... good pain though :o) I've gotten into the bad habit of taking weekends off. If anyone is around tonight, I would love for you to come to either my 6pm Step class or 7pm Triathalon class!! Kristy

  3. Good exercise tip. There was a new guy in Erin's spin class yesterday and he didn't have any water. I think he learned his lesson the hard way. I second the great weekend workouts!

    BTW, Kristy, I ran into Jennifer this morning(the neighbor I told you about), you guys live right across the street from each other. She said she may stop by to say "welcome to the neighborhood."
