Wednesday Janurary 14th

So we're half way through week 2.....its time to start asking yourself could I be doing more? Am I working out as hard as I can? You don't want to leave a workout feeling like you could have done more. For today lets try to get just a little bit more out of ourselves. Lets really push it like you never have before!!!!! I know it may be difficult and it may be a little painful, but these are the things you have to do if you want to get where you want to be.
