You know what that means............Group Training. Try and contain your excitement and use that energy for your sessions. There's no football this weekend so there isn't another random opportunity to use as an excuse to drink too much and eat those bad foods we all love so much. Look as this weekend as your turning point to take it up yet another notch. Really focus on your eating, making a real effort to eat healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. You can do this, remember the will power is in you, you just have to harness it!! Have a great weekend!!
Tip: Don't get on the scale every day, this just leads to a wave of emotions and unnecessary stress. Once a week is the best way to go about it.
