Yes, your ultimate goal and reason for joining Win with Weight Loss was to shed pounds!! Let's forget about the pounds for today and focus on other accomplishments. You have been in the competition for just two and a half weeks and I am confident each and everyone of you have done something you never thought you would do. Maybe it is exercising three times a week, trying cycling class, weight training, passing on dessert at a dinner party, saying no to the doughnuts brought in by a co-worker, etc. Whatever your accomplishments have been thus far, let celebrate today! Take pride in your accomplishments as they are the stepping stones to reaching you goals.
Let's get the comments rolling, I want to hear you accomplishments!
