Week 4 Has BEGUN!!!

At the end of the week we will have reached the half way point of our competition. Which means if you feel you haven't done as well as you could have, you still have time to make a charge for these last 4 weeks. No one is out of the running. As you all have heard, your trainers' have a mini competition for the week. Which ever team has the greatest percentage of weight loss, the loser has to do whatever the winning trainer asks.

Josh: has to take one of Jacki's classes
Jacki: suggestions? maybe eat a BIG MAC!!

It's up to you guys to help your trainer out. Give it all you have from here on out!!! Remember we are here to help and answer any questions you may have.

  2. I am more than motivated this week! I will definitely be working towards losing those lbs for myself and Team Jacki! Even though we did have to run up stairs 3 times yesterday!

    The stairs are gonna be worth it. I know it!!!

    Now I'm not sure about gliding, I kind of want to do spinning. yikes, not sure which to do.

    How about if Jacki's team loses, Josh and his team pick the music for their next group workout. Ever work out to polka? I'm certain their is something even worse....
