I just wanted to let you all know one final time, I am proud of every single one of you! You all did a absolute fantastic job!!!! As a trainer, it is such a joy to see everyone transform. Almost everyone lost pounds and inches!!! Actually, a lot of inches were lost in this competition. You should all feel very good about what you accomplished!
Perhaps you did not reach your weightloss goals. However, I guarentee you feel more physically fit than when you started the competition. Also, I am confident you learned something about yourself.
The last chance workout will not be your last workout. Working out should now be a part of you lifestyle. Once you reach your goal weight, excersise will be the key to maintaining your weight!
It has been a true pleasure getting to know all of you! Josh and I learn just as much from you as you learn from us. Josh and I expect to continue to see you all at the gym! Canton Club is your playground. There is always something going on and most likely you will always see a familiar face.
Be ACTIVE FOR LIFE!
STAY TUNED FOR THE POSTING OF FINAL RESULTS!

Thank you to both Jacki and Josh. You both are inspirations and great motivators. I know I couldn't have done it without you and I'm sure a lot more people would say the same.
ReplyDeleteMy friends think I'm nuts that I'm obsessed with the gym and have gym friends. They think I'm crazy. Chimber also thinks I'm secretly dating another guy named Jim, cause I'm always going to the gym :)
Thanks again!!!!
I would also like to say thanks to Josh and Jacki. This competetion has been great and you two have been awesome. All the contestants have been a motivation to me. Everyone, keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteAnd I third the above comments... Thank you both for allowing me to be a part of the competition! It has allowed me to try so many more classes and meet new friends :o) My journey of weight loss is going to continue but my head is finally back in the game.
ReplyDeleteDitto. Thanks to Josh and Jacki for working crazy hours to accommodate all of us and always being available via email, telephone, and blog. It is obvious you both really cared about and wanted everyone to succeed in this.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kristy for also kicking our butts during your classes. I'm certain some of the weight went missing during step aerobics...which I still hate, but will continue to do every Wednesday!
Lastly - attention cyclists! On 4/25 I am doing Kennedy Krieger Institute's ROAR for autism. I ride with a team, "Frankie's Friends", in honor of a little dude I work with who is affected by autism. If you're up for a challenge, I'd like to invite you to participate in this event. email me: rlindamer@gmail.com or visit my page http://www.support.kennedykrieger.org//RachaelLindamer There is a 10, 25, and 50 mile ride.
